Our AI Agents provide autonomous support, escalating issues to your human support agents when needed. We offer tools to help you manage, monitor, and improve the performance of these AI Agents.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Integration: You are responsible for integrating Human with your internal systems. While we provide support during setup, successful integration is your responsibility.

AI Agent Management: You are responsible for defining how your AI Agents should operate, including setting the rules, defining brand tone, and granting access to internal tools. You agree to actively manage and provide feedback to ensure optimal performance of your AI Agents.

Compliance: You must ensure that your use of the Human platform complies with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to your business, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Human platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Human platform or interfere with other users’ access.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or other intellectual property of the Human platform.
  • Use the platform to collect personally identifiable information without appropriate permissions from the individuals involved.
  • Use the platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

Human retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all related intellectual property. You agree not to remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on the platform. You may not use the platform for any commercial purposes other than those expressly permitted by Human.

5. Feedback

We welcome any feedback, ideas, or suggestions for improving our platform ("Feedback"). You agree that any Feedback provided to us is free to use without restriction or compensation.

Human complies with applicable data privacy and security laws, including enterprise-level data compliance. 7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a high-quality AI support experience, Human is not liable for the performance or outcomes of your AI Agents. You assume full responsibility for defining, configuring, and improving the AI Agents to meet your business needs. Human will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. Human may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your rights to access and use the platform will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the platform after the changes means you accept the updated Terms.
